Time : Departure 7:30pm – Return 11:30pm
Price : $ 47.00 per person
Boat : The Captree Star III – Captain Charlie

Hi guys,
Just got all things together ( tentatively ). Again, we NEED a minimum of
45 persons to make this all work out. With a maximum of roughly 55 people.
And we’re going to have to act on this QUICKLY to book it and get things moving.
Price per person ( $47.00 ) INCLUDES :
– Boat fee for four hours around the east bay areas. ( 7:30 pm – 11:30 pm )
– Dinner :
– Choice of three types of Heroes ( American / Italian / Vegetarian )
– Cold Salads ( Macaroni / Potato / Tricolor Pasta )
– Desert ( Fruit Salad / Italian Cookies )
– Softdrinks & Water ( Sprite/Cola/Diet Cola/Orange soda & Water )
– Coffe w/ Milk or Half-N-Half
– Entertainment by “Sammy ‘N Kate’s Music-Festivess “
( via iPod loaded music throughout the ship sound system !!! )
Anything else you want, it’s “Bring Your Own ( BYO )”. So, IF you want
alcohol, you can have it, IF YOU bring it. We recommend that folks coming work
together and help one another out if there are any other items you’ll want to bring
aboard the ship. As long as the Captain and Crew don’t mind, you can bring it aboard.
Just remember that if you get out of hand, you WILL WALK THE PLANK! ! ! ! ! So, I
hope you know how to swim well.
I NEED A COMMITMENT NO LATER THAN THIS SUNDAY EVENING. We need to
hit a minimum of 45 persons. Again, a Maximum of 55 persons is what we’d like to cut
things off out at.
I NEED FULL PAYMENT FROM YOU BY MID-NEXT WEEK ( Wed – Thurs ) to make
sure you make the cut, and I have the payments necessary for the down payment & then
full payment the day of. We will NOT be able to take anyone else beyond these dates for
payment, etc., SO PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! It’s all going to
be a FIRST COME / FIRST SERVE basis. No Exceptions.
The boat will be a GO unless really, really, bad weather, where if that happens ( and i
mean it’s a raging tsunami ) we will then Re-Schedule to a date in late August. Please
note though, there will be NO REFUNDS on the fee paid.
You must be there at the dock and ready to roll 45 Minutes before we shove off, again we
will NOT be waiting for anyone that is late! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
So, that’s the low-down on the whole excursionary trip. We are looking forward to it, and
believe it’ll be a lot of fun for all who attend. I do hope to hear back from you as noted, and
that there’ll be no problem for me to complete this booking come Monday. Again, PLEASE
GET BACK TO ME ASAP. 🙂
