Sammy’s Weekend Volleyball – Wednesday Nite Team League :

Weekly notice :

GAMES ON – Wednesday, August 23, 2017 – Start time 6:15pm / Helpers at 5:30pm

Hi folks,

Well, the summer is coming to a fast close :-(

. However, we’ve STILL got 2 weeks left

to typical play. Games are ON for this week, and hopefully we’ll push for next.

NOTE THOUGH ! ! ! !!!! For the next two weeks, there will ONLY be TWO Sets of games

played by all teams. That means we’ll be shooting to hopefully finish the two game-

plays on the score sheets and NOT the third. This is being done due to the sun down

happening even sooner at this point in the year.

So, let’s hope that ALL folks get out to the park when you need to be, and we get games

up and running AS SOON AS POSSIBLE when there.

Remember, Semi-Finals will be on Sept. 06th, and the Finals will be on Sept. 13th..

Followed by the end of year hang-out / award’s ceremony at SHOOTERS Tiki Bar & Grille.

ALL are invited to attend both the games and after-party and I hope to see ya’s then.

On another note, IF we get mashed with bad weather on one of the Wednesday’s from this

point on, we’ll look to see about doing a make-up ( for the Semi-Finals and Finals ) on one of

the last weekend game days we play. That’ll be our nuclear option, IF it comes down to that.

Let’s hope we can play through whatever comes up from this point on. Remember GOOD

thoughts = GOOD Karma ! ! ! ! ;-)
