2018-0817 – SWV : Weekend & Other SWV VBaller & Friends Events coming up ! ! ! ! !

Hi folks,

   A few notes.  Saturday IS a GO for this weekend, although there’s potential for a bit of “wetness”.

That’s why I’ve set the Start Time by 10:00 am.

   Come prepared, come on-time, play by our rules and HAVE some fun ! ! ! ! !

  ALSO, I’ve got the first batch of 2018 League T-Shirts. IF you want one, bring $20 bucks and step up. 🙂

Right now, I’ve got sizes S thru XL.  Larger sizes I’ll have by Sunday at some point.  They look really cool, and I hope that many will want one, or two, or three of ’em!  😉  So, let me know.

  To those that I gave out to already, appreciate your payment tomorrow.  Thx !  ( Otherwise I’m gonna have to send out my buddy Luca Bracca to come pay you a “visit”!  )  🙂

   ALSO – ALSO;  We’ve got some other fun things planned and in the works, and I hope that folks will take part in them too.  Here’s a few Dates to keep open, and as things develop, I’ll be sending out more details.

* * * * *  1).  September 28, 2018.  “Brews for Bray”.  Time 7 pm to 12 am.  Location : The Turning Point in Farmingdale, NY.  This is a Fund Raiser for one of our very own folks.  It’s to help with Bray’s Nero-Physical Therapy.  For $20 bucks, to get you in the door will ALSO include 2 drinks (5oz), and 2 raffle Tix + 15% off bar itesm…..and more!  I’ll be sending out the Specific Flyer for this event to all soon!  So keep a look out for it, and hope that EVERYONE will be able to attend for this great cause.

* * * * *  2).  October 27, 2018 – Saturday – 2pm + :  Our first ever ( hopeful annual ) Halloween Bowl Game!  Seamans Neck Park, NY.  ( Weather permitting! ).  Come down and play in our Spook-fest-games.  Come in Costume, even better!  Figure we’ll be down playing at the park for a while, then hit one of our favorite “Adult-beverage” places after for some drinks and food.  PS – we’ve GOT two glow-in-the-dark VBalls as well, so we should be having some fun IF the park doesn’t throw us out AND the weather is good.  Again, as things get closer to this, we’ll put out more details.

* * * * *  3).  November 10, 2018 – Saturday – Time T.B.D. “SWV End of Year Bash!!!”.  Location – we’re hoping The Turning Point in Farmingdale, NY also.  We’re working on the details for our end of year party NOW, and as I get things completed we will make sure to post out to our group.  However, I hope you ALL will be able to attend this annual gathering, and make it another fun outing for our group.  We’ll be needing a commitment and payment for this ( hoping that the price is around $45 / person again +/- ) about 3 1/2 weeks prior to the party.  Again, will post out upon completing all the details. 🙂

   There might be another one or two other VBaller hangouts that we’re trying to put together, and as those things fall in to place, I’ll send out info on as well.

. . . . . . And that’s the word for right now.  Lot’s of things still to do, and although the summer is ending, we’ve got some other fun things that we’re planning.  SOOoooo….stay tuned, and join in as things come up.
