First Annual : Polar-Bear Carrot-Turtle-Tribe Winter Game ! ! ! ! !
Reminder : January 07, 2017 – 11:00 am to 1:03 pm Place : T.B.D.
After the game we’ll be heading to SHOOTERS Bar & Grill – 2109 Wantagh Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793. Where we’ll have a few drinks, or more, and food stuffs.
When I get back in town on the 2nd-3rd, I’ll finally find out WHERE we’ll be going to play. Can we get into Seamans ( get those high gates opened ) OR Plan B – Jones Beach VBall courts, and I’ll bring my two nets.
I need some help with Set-Up, even though we’re going in light, it’ll take a bit to start up, especially if we need to play down at Jones. 🙁 ALSO, I would like help with the Hot-Station, anything you can bring to warm up others will be good. So far, I’ve drafted Kate C to run it, and I’m planning on bringing down one of those Large Hot Coffee Things from Dunkin-Donuts. Maybe a few donuts as well. Any thoughts from you folks that will be playing will be MUCH APPRECIATED ! ! ! ! !
Also, the Custom T-Shirts have had a good response so far from folks. I’ve been taking down the names as I’ve been getting emails, text, etc. as it’s first come – first serve. I’ll be bringing down my Box of Shirts, and my List. Those who told me get first dibs, and then we’ll see where it goes from there. The shirts are really cool ( again Can’t thank Roy M for the Logo! ). So, hopefully you folks will be interested ! ! ! ! ! Let me know.
The only thing that’ll stop us at this point is if the weather is really crappy, then we’ll just group up at the bar! Otherwise, we should be a go ( for one of the two locations! ). I’ll let you know the final note by next Wednesday.
