Second to last post for 2016 Summer???? :(

Aloha Mahalo to ALL my VBall peeps ! ! ! ! ! !

Sorry, but NO volleyball games this week for me.  🙁  Weather looks too shaky Saturday, and can’t do Sunday. ). However, looking forward to meeting all that can make it down Saturday Night to Jackie Reilly’s in BETHPAGE ( not the other place that I mistakenly said ), and to have a fun and good time toasting Ciao to Summer 2016, and to welcome better days ahead. We’ll see if next weekend works, which probably will be the LAST weekend for the year that I’ll be able to do anything more. Cross your fingers, hope for better weather, and we’ll see.  🙂  To ALL, again, THANK YOU for a great summer, it’s been great fun ( for the most part ).

     ALSO to note, we raised $500.00 in contributions this season, not too bad! Half of which is going to right St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. I will be able to put out the check and a letter from where it came from on behalf of all of you that gave to the cause. 🙂 The other half is/was going to upgrade more equipment, like payment for the Net antenna’s, better Medic Bag, and other items/equipment that we’ll need for next time we play. I think this was a great idea, and very much appreciate ALL of you that helped out, pitched in, coughed-up and made this the best year of doing this so far.

Next season we hope to even do more with everything that we now have going on, and I look forward seeing you all there and then.

For those I won’t get the chance to see for a while, have a great fall / winter, and a very happy, merry, and wonderful holiday season to ALL. May it be with family and close friends, and in peace and good health.

P.S.                                                                                                                                                                            To all the lovely ladies in our group! 🙂  This is my Second Blast to you all that Last Weekend, Saturday, one of you that was there left behind a Black Hoodie Sweatshirt/Jacket.  PLEASE get back to me and let me know who it belongs to, and let’s make arrangements to get it back to you.  I do NOT want my Lost & Found dpt. getting any bigger. 🙂  Especially when it’s something “I” can’t use!   😉
