Heya SWV Volleyballers! ! !  Here’s something a little different that we’re trying to do :
 
SWV VBaller Mets Outing :
 
We are getting together for the first (annual?) Sammy’s Weekend Volleyball group outing to Citifield.  We have selected Friday, September 2.  Mets vs. Nationals.  Plenty of tickets are available in section 522 for that game at $22 a ticket.  You can go to mets.com for more info on Citifield.
We will collect funds THIS COMING Saturday, August 13 at Seamens Neck.  George B. will be going to Citifield THAT evening and will purchase tickets for any and all.  Purchasing tickets at the stadium avoids service charges.  We will confirm the ticket section next week.  If you miss the Saturday’s deadline for the initial purchase, you will then be able to purchase tickets on your own if you still want to join us.  Transportation is on your own.  We hope you can join us.
 
SO, bring your entrance fee amount Saturday, and get it to George.  Let’s see if we can get a decent turn-out to this little shin-dig. 🙂
